Founded in 1917 as a heating technology manufacturer and now a part of Carrier, Viessmann have become one of the world’s top providers of efficient climate solutions—including heating, water, and air quality—and renewable energy systems.
We were tasked with launching and managing the Tmall and JD stores for Viessmann heating solutions in China. As their comprehensive eCommerce provider, our responsibilities include content creation, sales, marketing, media management, and customer service in China.
A few years after the launch, we have significantly boosted both product and service revenues for Viessmann online. Their eCommerce presence is now firmly established, and there's a positive synergy among offline retail, online retail, distributors, and service providers as well.
